Design
What is Design?
During the Design phase, CABS collaborates with partners and stakeholders to create solutions that address the behavioral barriers uncovered during diagnosis. In developing the solutions, CABS considers the context-specific needs of the people who will use or interact with the new process or tool and behavioral strategies proven to help people take action.
Key Activities
- Assemble a design team that includes or can engage with stakeholders who will be impacted by the new solution.
- Design a new product, process, or tool to address behavioral bottlenecks.
- Determine how the proposed solution can be tested.
- Develop several prototypes, or preliminary models of the solution.
