Test

What is Test?

The Test phase is the final phase of the CABS Approach when the team deploys the new solutions and rigorously evaluates them to determine their effectiveness. CABS typically uses randomized controlled trials, which provide the strongest level of evidence of effectiveness, to evaluate the solution, but adapts research methods based on the best fit for the project.

Key Activities

  • Launch the new products, processes, or tools.
  • Monitor how the new solution is being used and conduct implementation research on how the solution achieved its observed effects.
  • Gather and analyze data to determine if the solution was effective.
  • Share results with partners to make evidence-based decisions about next steps, which may include scaling or refining the products, processes, or tools.
