Rebecca is a Research Associate in CABS who is fascinated by how and why people act the way they do. She is involved with the design, operations, and management of the Behavioral Interventions to Advance Self-Sufficiency-Next Generation project and conducts training in behavioral diagnosis and design for local and national organizations. She considers herself a humanist and has a decade of experience developing and evaluating health, education, arts, and social services programs.

Rebecca holds an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in history from Yale University. Before joining CABS, she worked in a variety of roles, including developing a health curriculum in rural Guatemalan schools with the Peace Corps and conducting randomized controlled trials at New York City taxi garages with Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Rebecca spent five years working for nonprofit theater companies in New York and still tries to catch as many shows as she can.
