Sophia is a Research Analyst in CABS, where she supports the management and implementation of projects applying the CABS approach to problem-solving in partnership with workforce and postsecondary agencies. In these longer-term partnerships and other engagements, Sophia enjoys facilitating spaces for partners to build the mindset and skills for continuous program improvement.
Sophia earned her BA in psychology and economics from Bard College. Before joining CABS, she worked in a community college education opportunity program tutoring students. In her time there, she launched several initiatives informed by behavioral science that involved the use of new technologies and coaching frameworks.
Sophia is the youngest of a family of seven, which says something about her personality and affinity for secondhand clothing.
