Xavier Alemañy

Xavier is the Visual Design Lead in CABS, where he serves as the center's resident visual design specialist. He has helped design everything from messaging campaigns and intervention materials to infographics and project logos. He also has experience designing and testing behavioral solutions and working one-on-one with programs to help them use behavioral science to strengthen their service delivery. A true adherent of the user-centered approach, Xavier believes empathy is the key to good design.

Xavier holds a BA in psychology and a BBA in business administration and management from the University of North Florida. He is also a chess enthusiast who, when not studying the complexity of human behavior, is most likely to be enjoying the "simplicity" of chess.
